Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many teams are working remotely and many will be hybrid in the future (working both from home and the office). Practice and challenges
The programme focuses on the practice and challenges of the participants. It starts with an online assessment of your team. The results will show your team’s strengths and gaps. It’ll result in a personalised programme. The approach is agile with incremental improvement steps.

A multidisciplinary approach
The programme consists of a mix of theoretical concepts, self-reflection, research articles, cases, exercises and practices.
The content has been divided in short videos, exercises, live coaching moments, masterminds to exchange and a classroom moment to boost your on-the-job practice.
Research has shown that empowerment is not simply about a team that takes more responsibility, there is a systemic approach to increasing your team’s empowerment.
Step 1
Your team empowerment assessment
This 10-minute online assessment can be completed alone or with your team. It consists of +/- 25 questions. In this module, you’ll also understand why empowerment is important, and its effect is on productivity, engagement, agility and financial results.
Step 2
Your results and personalised transformation path
Based on your assessement, we will give you your personalised transformation path and methodology. You’ll work in small incremental steps. We’ll also explain how to reduce resistance to change and accelerate the transformation of your team.
Module 1
Inspire through purpose and clarity
When you empower your teams, it's to reach a certain result. In this module, you'll learn the key to accountability; how to find a dynamic balance (not too rigid, not too chaotic); the importance of a fleximatrix; and how to improve your decision process through consent instead of consensus.
Module 2
The agile systemic approach to boost autonomy
In this module, you'll learn the 5 pillars of the agile temple to accelerate any transformation process (including empowerment); the 3 types of meetings/conversations you should have; and the importance of understanding the diversity in personalities (and what yours is).
Module 3
Transform from Alpha to Authentic leader
As a team leader, you are your own roadblock to more empowerment, or the booster and you might not be aware of your behaviours under pressure. It’s not simply about knowing the theory, it’s about changing your habits.
Here, you’ll learn about the 7 levels of leadership, the success formula of authentic leaders, how to increase your awareness as a key to transform and how to become a master of influence inside your organisation.
Module 4
A safe environment for a fearless team
Research shows that what sets high-performing teams from average ones is a safe environment. Here you’ll uncover the secrets and counterintuitive strategies to boost the safety of your team. You’ll also learn new work methods to increase the efficiency of your meetings.
Module 5
High-performing remote and hybrid teams
Empowerment is the biggest success factor for remote and hybrid teams. In this module, you'll understand the 10 mistakes when working remotely; how to plan the informal; how to improve your onboarding to avoid imposter’s syndrome; how to boost engagement and handle difficult conversations.
