Our Values

The educational activity of Solvay Lifelong Learning is anchored in the values of Excellence, Sustainability, Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, and Free Inquiry, values which the school ensures to embed in all programmes and training.

As per the United Nations SDGs, we believe it is imperative that sustainable development meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of the following generations to meet their own needs, and we strive to be a reference of excellence in our sector by leading by example - not only inside the organisation towards our students but also outside, in our community and by extension the world.

With these goals in mind, we place our utmost efforts in instilling the spirit of collaboration and the ability to work in unity and empower our students to innovate, create, and bring new solutions to the business challenges of today. To support and facilitate the above, of course, the freedom to question everything constructively without fear of reprisal is paramount – one could say especially in today’s world – and we encourage all our students to employ critical thinking and engage in constructive debate through their learning journey and on their collaborative or individual missions.
