Practice-oriented and real-world based.
Organised in small groups of up to 16 people, this short programme is highly practical and interactive, focusing on the real-life experiences of participants who acquire the necessary frameworks to formalise their approach to people management.
Personal development through self-reflection and peer-to-peer coaching.
The programme offers a personal development plan, helping leaders understand, develop and adjust their posture in their three roles. By doing so, our participants increase their impact on their team, and through them on their results and organisation.

What I found super interesting in the People Leadership Programme is that it's a perfectly balanced mix between theory and concepts and also practical cases and knowledge and experience sharing. I, of course, like, the fact that both trainers come from the private/public world, which makes it for me more interesting and relevant. Also, the rhythm of the education is adapted to professional life.

No prerequisites are required, although a formal or informal team responsibility is a plus.
Is there financial aid available?

SUBSIDIES & FINANCIAL AIDS
Subject to renewal of the regional agreements
- Brussels region - Educational Subsidy: Self-employed, or employee working for SME in Brussels, under certain conditions, are entitled to an Educational Subsidy. You have to submit the subsidy application within 30 days of the start of the programme/module/course. (for more information: Economie-Emploi)
- Flanders region - SME Wallet: The SME e-wallet is oriented towards practitioners of ‘liberal professions’ and SMEs whose operational headquarters are located in the Flemish Region. At the end of this programme, you will obtain a university certificate.
