Module 1
Slow down and act with purpose
In this module, you will embark on a journey to discover the incredible potential of slowing down and acting with purpose. It's all about pausing, embracing mindfulness, intentional decision-making, and transformative habits that can truly enrich your life, all the while maximising your impact.
Module 2
Mindset
Here, you will learn to manage and grow your mindset. This module covers several topics, including:
- The power of beliefs, emotions, and of the body on your mindset
- FIDO, a great method for reinventing yourself or your company
The module will also teach you to increase your awareness, allowing you to choose the interpretation that serves you the best.
Module 3
Energy
Here, you'll learn how to effectively manage both your energy and fears, placing them above mere time management. The focus will also be on enhancing your courage.

Module 4
Focus
According to most successful entrepreneurs and CEO, focus is the most important skill to build, especially in the Fast & Busy times we live - and work - in. In this module, you'll first learn what to focus on when you face a problem and when you have too many things on your plate. Then, you'll learn how to actually stay focused.
Module 5
Managing emotions
Emotions shape the way you lead, decide, and perform — for better or worse. In this module, you’ll learn how to manage emotional tensions when they rise and avoid letting them cloud your judgment. You’ll also discover the concept of emotional magnetic load — those unprocessed emotions that quietly drain your energy — and how to release them to stay clear, focused, and fully in your power.
