About the speakers
Presented by Hugues Rey, Virginie Bruneau, Stephanie van de Sanden and Cédric Cauderlier
Hugues Rey teaches Marketing and Communication at the Solvay Brussels School. He is currently the CEO of Havas Belgium and Havas Media Belgium. Chairman of the board of BMMA, member, Chairman of the Board of CIM and UMA, President of CIM Pluri-Media Study Committee. Hugues has 25 years of experience in media agency development through digital and data infusion.
Virginie Bruneau holds a PhD in Economics and Management Sciences from the Université catholique de Louvain and is a full-time professor at the Solvay Brussels School. With a research focus on relationship marketing, customer loyalty, and engagement, her work has been published in leading academic journals. She has presented at prestigious conferences such as the Academy of Marketing Sciences and the European Marketing Academy.
Stephanie van de Sanden holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research bridges marketing technologies and consumer behaviour in retail, with publications in leading journals such as the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and Journal of Marketing Management. She teaches Consumer Behaviour at VUB and has industry experience from her time at Procter & Gamble. Stephanie van de Sanden speaks in module 3 - Distribution Strategies: Enhancing Customer Experience Along the Customer Journey - with Virginie Bruneau.
Cédric Cauderlier has been active in the digital industry since the early 2000s. A graduate of Harvard Business School in digital strategy, he has served as head of digital at Danone Group and is now a lead digital strategist at Mountainview, where he helps companies integrate digital mindsets into their strategies. Cédric Cauderlier speaks in module 1 - Strategic Marketing – Create Sustainable Value - with Virginie Bruneau.
