About the programme

 Lead through change

AI is reshaping the workplace by prompting changing roles, ways of working and the expectations placed on leaders. The Executive Programme in People Leadership in AI-Transformed Organisations focuses on what technology cannot solve: keeping people engaged, navigating uncertainty, maintaining trust, and leading teams through continuous transformation. Rather than teaching AI tools, it gives experienced leaders the frameworks and perspective to rethink their role and lead effectively in an increasingly AI-transformed workplace.

Practice-oriented and real-world-based.

Organised in small groups, this short programme is highly practical and interactive, combining real-life cases, peer exchange and academic frameworks. Participants explore the challenges of leading in AI-transformed workplaces and develop practical approaches to maintaining trust, motivation and performance through change.

Developing your leadership approach

The programme gives participants time to step back from the day-to-day and examine how AI is changing their leadership role. Through reflection, coaching and discussion with peers, they can challenge established ways of leading, explore new perspectives and identify where their leadership approach needs to evolve.

An opportunity to strengthen your network.
The programme emphasises interaction among participants and with trainers. This enables participants to enrich their own vision, exchange with specialists and other business leaders, and to expand their network.

Be part of an incredible network of 35.000+ Alumni to never stop learning and evolving. The Solvay Schools Alumni network is one of the largest business networks in Belgium, and its members are present in more than 100 countries around the world. Each year, they organise nearly 50 activities and conferences, providing you with continuing education opportunities, support for your career development, and numerous networking opportunities.

Curriculum

Your Learning Path

The programme consists of 3 sprints of 3 weeks and a closing session. In each sprint, participants will go through the following steps:

  1. Theoretical concepts. Video clips and readings will allow participants to familiarise themselves with the concepts and frameworks used prior to the face-to-face sessions;
  2. Exercises and practice during the days in the classroom;
  3. Online collective supervision of your on-the-job practice;
  4. Personal development through self-reflection and peer-to-peer coaching.
