As Academic Director of the Programme in People Leadership at Solvay Lifelong Learning, she brings extensive expertise in guiding professional growth and development.
At Enabel, she serves as an Organisational and Business Coach across Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ivory Coast, and Benin, fostering impactful change and sustainable growth.
Previously, she held strategic roles including Communication and Marketing Services Director at Nestlé Benelux and Brand Operations Leader at Procter & Gamble, where she led teams and initiatives that drove business success.
With a passion for creating environments where people thrive, she specialises in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential, navigate career transitions, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
