What’s on the agenda

This programme welcomes recent Master’s or PhD graduates and junior professionals from all disciplines, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to acquire the in-depth knowledge and business acumen needed to take on a (C-level) executive role in an early-stage Biotech or MedTech company.

The Advanced Master’s programme allows you to gain extensive, hands-on experience in interactive classes taught by industry experts, as well as in a real-life setting through an internship and capstone project.

About the speakers

Presented by Gaëlle Flammang and Marc Dechamps

Gaëlle Flammang is currently Senior Director of International Marketing at Pulmonx, where she oversees teams and markets across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. She has extensive international experience in the MedTech industry, having held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Market Development at companies such as Guidant, Medtronic, and St. Jude. Her expertise spans Sales Operations, Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Go-to-Market Strategies. Gaëlle is also committed to diversity and inclusion, having served as a Director at PWI and a mentor for the Medtronic Women’s Network.

Marc Dechamps is a biologist with extensive experience of more than 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2016, Marc is the founder and Managing Director of XMF consulting, a company which supports Biotech & BioPharma companies with strategic advice and management leadership in the field of Biologics – ATMP, ... He serves as President of the board of CEBR, the Council of European BioRegions and of "Investsud Tech" group Investsud Belgium.
