Overview of the programme

The Enterprise Digital Governance programme brings the foundations for the governance of Enterprise IT. CIOs own challenges and solutions are shared, followed by IT process management framework and its hands-on workshops and finally IT Risk methods and legal concerns.

3 Modules

1 The CIO Foundation

From January > March

CIOs have to deal with an increasing number of domains linked to both technology and business. This module will give participants an overview of the key areas current and future CIOs have to master in order to achieve tangible objectives.

2 IT Governance Workshop

From April > June

CIOs own challenges and solutions are shared, followed by IT process management framework and its hands-on workshop and finally IT risk methods and legal concerns.

3 IT Risk and Legal Concerns

From September > December

Get the view from a CIO perspective on IT legal concerns and benefit from dedicated sessions on key IT legal concerns, IP rights, and Personal Data Protection.
